There's one lunar condition to avoid for readings: the void-of-course moon. When the moon is between its last major aspect and its next sign ingress, things initiated tend to go nowhere — including tarot readings. Void-of-course readings tend to be vague, off-target, or immediately irrelevant. If you pull cards during a VoC period and the reading feels "flat," that's probably why. Wait for the moon to enter its next sign and try again.

Practical Tips

Making it work in real life

You don't need a perfect window. If you need guidance now, read now. Timing enhances readings; it doesn't gatekeep them. A love reading on a Tuesday still works — it just works slightly better on Friday.
